These terms and conditions relate to the La Roche-Posay Skin Check held on the 3rd, 4th, 15th, 16th, 24th, 25th of May, and 1st and 2nd of June, and is run by:

1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the provision of skin and mole checks offered by La Roche-Posay through L’Oréal (“La Roche-Posay” or “L’Oréal”) to the guests of the skin and mole checks (“You” or “Guest”). By participating in the skin and mole check service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.2. The skin and mole check will be provided by dermatologists on 15th, 16th, 24th, 25th of May, and 1st and 2nd of June in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo (the “Skin and Mole Check(s)”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. By participating in the Skin and Mole Check, you confirm that You are eligible and meet the age and location requirements.
2.2. The Skin and Mole Check will be split into 10 minute appointments. You will receive confirmation of your appointment by email. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to Your scheduled appointment time, to ensure that we can maintain our schedule. Please be advised that if You arrive late, we may need to reschedule or shorten Your appointment to accommodate other Guests. In the event that you are unable to make Your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that You provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
2.3. Registering for a Skin and Mole Check appointment is free.
3. How to create an appointment
3.1. Appointment slots are to be booked in advance online, via the registration form. We will also be open for walk-ins, wait times may vary
4. Skin and Mole Check Service
4.1. The Skin and Mole Check are in-person consulations, with no possibility to conduct the Skin and Mole Checks online or through mobile various applications.
4.2. The Skin and Mole Check conducted by the dermatologists is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is important to consult a qualified healthcare professional for a comprehensive evaluation of any skin concerns.
4.3. The Skin and Mole Check aims to provide general information and raise awareness about skin health. It does not provide a definitive diagnosis of any skin condition or disease.
4.4. La Roche-Posay does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided during the skin and mole check service.
4.5. La Roche-Posay shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the skin and mole check service.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. By attending the Skin Check, you consent to Your image rights being used from the Skin check being used by L’Oréal. L’Oréal shall have the right, without any further compensation or notice, to publish all or part of the contributed material on L’Oréal websites or on social media, as well as more generally shall have the right to the use the submitted contribution for marketing, advertising or informational purposes in connection with this competition, in any media or format.
6. Data Protection
6.1. The personal data You provide will be processed for the purpose of managing the Skin and Mole Check. L’Oréal is the data controller for the personal information You provide in relation to the Skin and Mole Check.
6.2. The legal basis for such processing is the agreement entered into with L’Oréal through your registration to Skin and Mole Check. The La Roche-Posay team will have access to your personal data. You will not be able to register for a Skin and Mole Check if the required personal data is not provided. Your personal data will be kept as long as needed for the purpose of administrating the competition. When the personal information is not needed anymore for this purpose or for any legal requirement, we will delete your data from our systems in accordance with internal procedures. We will not use your information for marketing communication unless you provide La Roche-Posay with explicit consent. You have the right at any time to request access to and rectification of your personal data by contacting us at kontakt@loreal.com or nordicdpo@loreal.com. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
